Free and Pro allowances

Free includes a one-time $1 AI allowance shared across Content Studio and the AI assistant. It is not a monthly refill. Pro includes a monthly allowance; check the amount and balance displayed in your account.

  • Do not read unlimited publishing as unlimited AI.
  • A dollar allowance does not imply a fixed number of generations.
  • Different AI actions can consume different amounts.

Make the first task count

Prepare the audience, goal, format and constraints before asking for an output. Review the result before requesting variations.

  • Use the template library to organize your thought without AI usage.
  • Start with a focused brief rather than a whole campaign at once.
  • Check the balance shown in the product before generating more.

If the balance looks wrong

Record the approximate time and type of action and what the balance showed. Contact support for an account-specific review rather than assuming an automatic refund or refill.

  • Include the email associated with your account.
  • Do not include private account credentials.
  • Check current plan details on the pricing page.
