Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VKit — the platform for selling, teaching, and monetizing your audience. By creating an account or buying from a VKit storefront, you agree to them.

The service

VKit provides a creator commerce platform: a storefront and checkout, courses and community, sponsorship inventory, AutoDM, and a unified ledger. VKit is a codename brand; the operating legal entity will be named here once confirmed. VKit is not a bank, lender, or investment adviser. Card processing and payouts are provided by regulated third-party payment partners, whose terms also apply to those transactions.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Creator obligations

As a creator you are the merchant of record for your sales unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for the products, courses, memberships, and content you sell; for describing them accurately; for delivering what buyers pay for; for your refund policy; and for any taxes on your earnings. You must have the rights to everything you publish and comply with the acceptable-use rules below.

Payments, fees & payouts

VKit charges a platform fee (0% on Pro; a flat 5% on Free) plus card processing charged at cost with a published spread — see fee transparency. Prices are in US dollars unless stated. Payouts are made by our payment partner to your connected account on your payout schedule, subject to verification, holds for risk or chargebacks, and applicable law.

Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds are set and handled by the creator, consistent with the policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Chargebacks and disputes are resolved through the payment partner’s process; related fees or reversals may be deducted from a creator’s balance.

Content & intellectual property

You keep ownership of your products, content, and audience. You grant VKit the limited license needed to host, display, and deliver your content and operate the platform. The VKit platform, software, and brand are ours and are protected by law — see copyright & IP.

Acceptable use

Don’t use VKit for fraud, illegal goods or services, infringing or harmful content, or anything that violates a payment partner’s rules. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms or create undue risk.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, VKit disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months. Any insights the AI copilot provides are informational, not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Termination

You may stop using VKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. You can export your audience and data before leaving — you’re never locked in.
