What you pay

Free costs US$0. No card is needed to start.

Pro monthly is US$4.99 for the first month, then US$19.00 each month. The introductory month is paid, not a free trial.

Pro annual is US$190.00 charged up front for one year. The introductory monthly price does not apply to annual billing.

Private and other custom engagements follow the scope, price and payment schedule agreed in writing before purchase.

Website prices are in US dollars. Any taxes we are required to collect, and the total payable, are shown before you confirm payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges that vkit does not control.

Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The available payment methods appear at checkout. You can update your payment method and view invoices from Billing in your account; vkit does not store your full card number.

Renewal and price changes

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the same monthly or yearly cadence unless you cancel before the next charge. Checkout shows the first charge and the recurring charge before you pay. If we change your regular subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies. The end of an introductory offer follows the price and date agreed at checkout.

If you are a Québec consumer on the introductory monthly offer, we will email you a clear reminder of the offer's end date and the regular monthly price 2 to 10 days before that price takes effect. We use the billing address provided through Stripe to identify Québec customers. Keep your billing address and account email up to date.

If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it and paid access may be affected under our Terms.

Cancel anytime

For a website subscription, sign in, open Billing, choose Manage or cancel subscription, and cancel in the secure billing portal. You can do this online at any time without contacting support. Ordinarily, cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access through the period already paid for and then move to the available Free plan. There is no cancellation fee. If the portal does not work, contact us before your renewal and we will help you cancel. We also honour any earlier termination right that applicable law gives you.

Manage or cancel your subscription

If you subscribed in the iOS app, manage or cancel that subscription in your Apple Account. Apple controls App Store billing and handles App Store refund requests, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

  • Monthly and annual website subscription payments, including the introductory month and renewals, are non-refundable where the law permits. Cancelling does not refund a period already paid for, and we do not offer partial-period refunds as a matter of policy.
  • We will correct duplicate or incorrect charges and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. For Québec consumers, this includes any applicable right to end a service contract and recover prepaid amounts for services not provided. This policy does not limit those rights.
  • If we stop providing a paid feature you are actively paying for, or end your paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused prepaid portion as described in our Terms.

Questions or a charge that looks wrong

Email us from your account address with the receipt date, charge amount and a short description. Do not send your full card number. We will review the charge and send any refund owed to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

AI credits and included allowances

Your plan may include AI credits and other usage allowances. The current plan limits appear on the pricing page and in the product. Instagram Auto DM is not billed per message. An unused allowance does not reduce the subscription price; it does not have a cash value. Any separately purchased add-on will show its own terms before purchase.

Your rights

Nothing here limits a cancellation, refund or other remedy that applicable consumer law gives you. Our Terms of Service also apply to subscriptions.
