Privacy Policy

VKit is one workspace to sell, teach, and monetize your audience. This policy explains what we collect from creators and their buyers, how we use it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it.

Who we are

VKit (the “platform,” “we,” “us”) provides a creator commerce platform: a storefront and checkout, courses and community, sponsorship inventory, AutoDM, and one ledger that reconciles a creator’s income. VKit is a codename brand; the operating legal entity will be named here once confirmed. VKit is not a bank — card processing and payouts are performed by regulated payment partners.

What we collect

Creator account data: your name, email, password (hashed), workspace and storefront settings, the products, courses, and content you publish, and your support history. Usage data: device and log data, and product analytics used to operate and improve the platform.

Payments & payouts

When a buyer checks out, payment is processed by our third-party payment partner, which handles card details directly. VKit does not store full card numbers. To pay you out, the partner collects the identity and bank details it needs to verify you and remit funds; we receive transaction metadata (amounts, fees, status, payout timing) so your ledger stays accurate.

Buyers & audiences

When someone buys from you or joins your list, we process their contact details and order history on your behalf so you can deliver what they bought and manage your audience. As the creator you are the controller of your audience data; VKit is the processor. You can export your list at any time, and you own it.

How we use it

To run checkout and payouts, deliver products and course access, power the unified ledger and weekly review, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with vetted sub-processors strictly to operate the service — for example a payment/payout partner, cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and the model provider that powers the AI copilot (which receives a minimized summary, never full card or credential data). Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide its service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our systems, except records we must retain for a limited period for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, or that a payment partner is required to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your data from Settings or by emailing us. Buyers can contact the creator they purchased from, or reach us and we will route the request. We honor applicable data-protection rights regardless of where you are.
