Define the member experience

Explain who the community is for, what happens inside and how often members should expect to hear from you. Pro is the hosting plan; members do not need VKIT Pro to join.

  • Write a short welcome and one opening question.
  • State any separate membership price before asking people to join.
  • Set clear expectations for participation.

Prepare the event

Give the event a specific takeaway, date, time zone, location or joining instructions, and any price. Supported wallet cards let members save eligible event details.

  • Check that dates and time zones are unambiguous.
  • Explain any preparation attendees should do.
  • Test the event and card flow on a supported device before advertising it.

Follow up usefully

Send a recap, a resource or a next action. Keep the member experience manageable rather than sending repeated announcements without new information.

  • Community campaign email allowance is separate from member access.
  • Essential registration confirmations and receipts are separate from campaign emails.
  • Check the feature’s launch availability in your account before inviting members.
