The counting rule

Pro includes 2,000 community campaign emails per month. One message delivered to one recipient counts as one email.

  • One campaign to 500 members uses 500 emails.
  • Four campaigns to those 500 members use 2,000 emails.
  • A campaign to 100 members uses 100 emails, regardless of its number of paragraphs.

What is separate

Essential account and transaction messages such as login codes, receipts and registration confirmations are separate from this campaign allowance.

  • Check your available allowance before sending a campaign.
  • Do not assume unused campaign emails roll over.
  • Contact support before planning a campaign that exceeds the included allowance.

Before you send

Use a clear sender identity, an accurate subject and a focused next step. Only send relevant marketing messages to people who have agreed to receive them.

  • Check the audience and event details.
  • Open every link and proofread the final message.
  • Respect unsubscribe preferences and avoid adding people without permission.
