Prepare the offer

Choose something you can deliver immediately: a public guide, event information or a page with clear offer details. Test the destination without relying on your own logged-in access.

  • Use one clear keyword, such as GUIDE.
  • Make the caption promise match the destination.
  • Explain what the person will receive.

Configure the automation

Use your connected eligible Instagram account, choose the selected post, set the keyword and write the reply. Free includes one automation, one keyword and one selected post.

  • Check spelling in both the caption and automation.
  • Include the correct link in your message.
  • Use the app’s activation controls when the configuration is ready.

Run a real test

Use another account to follow the invitation on the selected post. Verify the resulting message and open its link. Instagram restrictions and account state can affect delivery.

  • Check message requests as well as the main inbox.
  • If the reply is missing, use the troubleshooting guide.
  • Once it works, monitor actual questions and respond personally when needed.
