Pick one starting point

Choose a single task: deliver a resource through AutoDM, plan a post, or organize your creator page. You can explore the rest of the workspace after that first task is working.

  • AutoDM: have a selected Instagram post, keyword and public destination ready.
  • Publishing: prepare a draft, media and a connected destination.
  • Creator page: pick the most useful next step for a new visitor.

Connect the relevant account

Use the account connection flow offered in VKIT. Review the account name and requested permissions carefully. Only connect an account you are authorized to manage.

  • Confirm that the intended account appears after connecting.
  • If a capability asks you to reconnect, complete that flow before retrying it.
  • Do not send passwords or verification codes to support.

Review the result

A configured action is not the same as a successful result. Test your resource link, inspect your creator page as a visitor, or verify that your post appears where you intended.

  • Keep the first test small.
  • Make a note of any error message.
  • Contact support with the account email, task, approximate time and a screenshot if something fails.
