How posts are counted

Free includes five published posts each month. Each social-platform destination counts as one post. The same item published to two destinations uses two posts.

  • Five Instagram posts use five posts.
  • One item sent to Instagram and LinkedIn uses two posts.
  • AI credit usage is a separate allowance.

Before scheduling

Check the selected account, date, time zone, media and caption. Available actions depend on the connected platform, permissions and account eligibility.

  • Check the final crop and any text in your media.
  • Confirm the link is suitable for that platform.
  • Complete any requested reconnection before scheduling.

After scheduling

Check the resulting status and published post. A scheduled item, draft or animation on the marketing website is not proof of a successful publication.

  • If something fails, capture the actual error.
  • Check for an existing live post before retrying to avoid duplicates.
  • Pro includes unlimited publishing subject to fair use and platform limits.
