Is Instagram available in VKIT?

Yes. Instagram is in the live Connections list. Open Connections in your VKIT account, choose the platform and follow its connection flow.

How do I connect Instagram?

Create a VKIT account, open Connections and select the platform. Follow the prompts for that provider and confirm the correct account. Never share a password or private key with support.

Can I try Instagram AutoDM for free?

Yes. Free includes one automation with one keyword on one Instagram post. Choose your keyword and reply, connect an eligible account and test the flow. Pro includes unlimited Instagram AutoDM automations, subject to platform limits and fair use.

What can I try for free?

The Free plan includes five published posts per month across destinations and a one-time $1 AI allowance. Pro features and usage limits are shown on the pricing page.

Does every connection include the same features?

No. Publishing formats, permissions and data access differ by platform. A live connection does not mean that Instagram AutoDM, Insights or every other VKIT feature works on that platform.
