How do I get paid — how do I connect payouts?

VKit processes checkout and pays you out through a regulated payment partner. In your workspace, open Settings → Payouts and complete the short verification the partner requires (this is what lets money land in your bank account). Once you’re verified, sales, memberships, and released brand deals settle to your account on your payout schedule — and every dollar shows up in one ledger with fees and payout timing inline.

How do I set up my storefront and start selling?

Create a product — a digital download, course, membership, or booking — set a price, and publish. Your storefront gets a shareable link and embedded checkout immediately. From there you can add lessons and a members’ space, open self-serve sponsorship inventory, and turn on AutoDM. See our plans for what’s included on Free and Pro.

Can I migrate in from Kajabi, Stan, or Kit?

Yes — most creators move over in an afternoon. VKit imports your products, contacts, and subscribers so you don’t rebuild from scratch. Start from Switch in your workspace (or the Switch guide), pick your current tool, and follow the steps. Your audience stays yours the whole way.

How does billing work?

VKit is free to start at a flat 5% platform fee, or move to Pro for a 0% platform fee plus advanced tools — billed in US dollars (USD). Card processing (interchange, network, and a published processor spread) is charged on top and shown line by line on our fee transparency page. Manage or cancel Pro any time in your account settings; canceling stops future charges and you keep Pro through the period you’ve already paid for.

How do I export my audience, or delete my account and data?

Your list and contacts are yours. Export them any time from Settings → Audience → Export. To delete your account and the data tied to it, go to Settings → Account, or email us at hello@vkit.app. You have the right to access, export, and delete your data; note that some transaction records may be retained where a payment partner or law requires it.
