Agency Terms

These terms supplement the Vkit Terms of Service for organizations on the Agency plan. By creating an agency or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to both documents. Where they conflict, this supplement governs the agency features.

1 — The agency organization

An agency is an organization above individual Vkit workspaces. It has one owner, up to two admin-level people in total (the owner plus at most one admin), and account managers invited by the owner or an admin. A team, including pending invitations, may hold at most 30 seats. Each person may belong to one agency at a time.

2 — Client workspaces

Client pages the agency manages are ordinary Vkit workspaces linked to the agency and published under the agency’s URL namespace (vkit.app/<agency>/<client>). The agency is responsible for having the authority to operate each client’s presence — including the client’s consent to connect their Instagram account and to the Privacy Policy. There is no fixed limit on the number of client workspaces; creation is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

3 — Roles and access

  • The owner and admin can see and manage every client workspace in the agency, including team, brand, and billing.
  • Account managers can only access the client workspaces an owner or admin has granted them. Grants can be revoked at any time and take effect immediately, including for publishing.
  • You are responsible for actions taken under seats you approve. Remove a seat or revoke a grant when someone should no longer have access.

4 — White-label

The Agency plan may present client pages under the agency’s own brand. White-label presentation is available only while the agency subscription is in good standing and must not be used to misrepresent who operates a page to the person viewing it.

5 — Billing

The Agency plan is a flat monthly subscription (currently US$299 per month), billed to the agency owner through our payment provider. Seats and client workspaces do not change the price. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

6 — If the subscription lapses

If payment fails or the subscription ends, published client pages stay live — we do not take a client’s page down because of an agency billing event. The agency console becomes read-only, white-label presentation reverts to Vkit branding, and team members’ edit access is suspended until the subscription is restored or the client takes over their workspace directly.

7 — Leaving

The owner may close the agency at any time from the console. Closing the agency does not delete client workspaces; their owners keep them on the standard terms. Deletion of an agency’s own data follows the process in our data deletion instructions. Questions reach us at team@vkit.app.
