A 10-day creator launch calendar, from first hint to follow-up
Plan ten days around one real offer, with useful posts, launch checks and a clear response path. Download the editable calendar and adapt the worked example.
Launch week gets messy when every task is treated as a post: announce it, explain it, answer questions, share proof, fix the link. You end up saying “it is here” six times while the actual buying questions remain unanswered.
This ten-day calendar is built around a fictional creator launching a paid weekend workshop on making better short videos. Swap in your own offer and dates. The sequence includes production and testing days, a launch day and a review; it is a working example rather than a forecast of sales.
| Day | Main job | Public action or operational check |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Prepare the offer | Check destination, details and support owner |
| 2 | Teach one useful idea | Publish a problem-to-example post |
| 3 | Test the response path | Check the sample link and Instagram keyword reply |
| 4 | Show the process | Publish a practical carousel or demonstration |
| 5 | Answer a fit question | Explain requirements and read audience questions |
| 6 | Share logistics | Confirm date, format, price and preparation |
| 7 | Open registration | Publish the offer and a clear next action |
| 8 | Respond and verify | Check delivery and update recurring answers |
| 9 | Clarify remaining friction | Answer a real objection; mention only genuine deadlines |
| 10 | Review | Record observed outcomes and the next correction |
Decide exactly what opens on day seven
Write one sentence describing the offer: “A live weekend workshop where beginners leave with a reviewed short-video outline.” Then record the real date, price, format, availability and cancellation terms. These details need to agree on every public surface. Do not publish the announcement while the checkout or booking page is unfinished.
For this example, day seven opens registration. Days one through six prepare the audience and the delivery path. If your product is already available, rename that day “featured launch” and keep the calendar honest. There is no reason to pretend an existing product suddenly disappears after ten days.
Use a single campaign brief with the approved promise, source files, destination and owner. The campaign brief template covers those fields. Decide which questions you can answer publicly and which need a human conversation before you prepare the content.
Days one to three: prepare, test and give a useful preview
Day one is an operational day. Open the offer page on mobile, inspect its price and test the booking path without making an unwanted purchase. Prepare a free sample, such as the first page of the workshop planning sheet. Name who will monitor support when registration opens.
Day two introduces one recognisable problem. For this workshop, show how a broad topic becomes a specific short-video idea. Give the example away in the post. You are showing the teaching style, not withholding every useful detail until someone pays.
Day three prepares the reply path. If you offer the sample through an Instagram keyword, configure the intended post and message, then test it from another eligible account. A calendar entry does not switch on Auto DM. You can share the sample through a direct profile link while the automation is being checked.
Days four to six: demonstrate the work and answer friction
Day four explains the process using a carousel or short demonstration. Show how you choose an opening, remove a distracting point and make the next action clear. The example can be fictional if labelled. A before-and-after teaching exercise is useful without being presented as a customer result.
Day five answers a question that affects fit: “Do I need professional filming equipment?” Give a direct answer and the actual requirements. Ask the audience what is still unclear. Reading those replies is part of the launch work; schedule time for it.
Day six gives the practical details. Explain the date, timezone, session format, preparation and who should choose a different option. Recheck the destination against the post. If a detail changed since day one, update the saved messages and scheduled captions as well.
Teach something people can try today
A useful demonstration gives the audience a sample of your judgment. It does not need an invented testimonial or a promise that everybody will get the same result.
Make the offer easy to assess
Show what is included, what participants need and how the session works. Specific information helps someone decide whether the offer suits them.
Keep a human reply slot
Set aside time to answer questions about fit. Automate delivery of the requested link; keep nuanced advice and unusual requests with a person.
Days seven to ten: open, respond, clarify and learn
Day seven is the clear invitation. Publish one direct announcement with the actual offer and next action. In the Instagram version, a keyword reply can deliver the details people request. For other platforms, use a supported link destination and adapt the context rather than copying an Instagram comment instruction.
Day eight is for responding and checking. Did the scheduled post appear? Does the keyword match? Is the linked page still correct? Turn recurring questions into an FAQ update. If people misunderstand the format, fix the wording before adding another promotional post.
Day nine addresses the most useful remaining objection. Use a real deadline only if one exists, such as the preparation cutoff before a live workshop. If registration stays open, say so. A countdown that resets teaches people to distrust the next launch.
Day ten reviews the evidence. Record enquiries, completed registrations, unresolved questions and time spent. Separate actions you observed from outcomes you guessed. Decide what to retain, correct or retire before the next campaign.
Put the plan into a workflow you can maintain
The downloadable CSV includes the ten-day example plus blank owner, date, destination, approval and actual-result fields. It is an editorial planning file, not a guaranteed import format for vkit or another scheduler. Choose real dates and timezone before transferring approved posts into your calendar.
Content Studio can help prepare images and carousels; review every asset and caption. Publishing & Calendar handles supported destinations and schedules. Instagram Auto DM handles the separately configured reply. Keep those jobs distinct in your checklist, even when the work lives in one workspace.
vkit is a Meta Tech Provider, with an official authorization flow for connecting eligible Instagram accounts. Pro also includes unlimited contacts with no per-contact charges, so contact growth does not create a new contact tier in vkit. Budget AI credits separately. For plan payments, use the Auto DM cost guide.
If a day slips, change the sequence rather than publishing unfinished work to satisfy the grid. Move the opening date when necessary. For ongoing content between launches, the general content calendar guide covers the wider planning system; this template is specifically for one offer opening and its follow-through.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to publish a feed post every day?
No. This plan contains preparation, testing, response and review days as well as public content. Match the publishing volume to your capacity and the audience’s need for useful information.
Can I use the calendar when I have no testimonials?
Yes. Demonstrate the actual product, teach a useful step and explain who the offer suits. Use clearly labelled examples and avoid turning a fictional scenario into a claimed customer result.
Should every launch post use a comment keyword?
No. Use a keyword where someone is requesting a specific resource or offer link. Some posts can simply teach, invite a question or send readers to an appropriate profile or website destination.
Can this CSV automatically schedule posts in vkit?
The CSV is an editable planning worksheet, not a promised scheduler import. Review its dates, assets and destinations, then add the approved content through the publishing workflow available in your account.
