How does the 5% platform fee on Free work?+

On the Free tier we take 5% of your gross sales (GMV) in exchange for $0 upfront and every feature unlocked. Standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢) applies on top, the same as every tier. On Pro and Agency the platform fee drops to 0% — you only pay processing.

When is Pro cheaper than Free?+

The crossover is $580 of sales a month: that's where Free's 5% equals Pro's flat $29. Below it, Free costs less; above it, Pro does. Use the calculator on this page to check your number.

What does annual billing save?+

Annual plans bill 10 months and give you 2 free — about a 17% discount. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

What is the usage wallet?+

Email, SMS, AI generation, and video streaming are metered and drawn from a prepaid wallet, billed at our cost with no markup. You only pay for what you send, and the same rates apply on every tier.

What do I get with Agency?+

Agency is for people running the platform on behalf of clients: white-label domain and branding, unlimited client sub-accounts, rebilling with your own markup, snapshots to clone a full setup to a new client, and one consolidated bill. It beats separate Pro seats once you manage eleven or more accounts.

Are there feature gates on Free?+

No. Every product type and every core feature is available on Free — courses, community, checkout, the unified ledger, automations. The tiers differ on the platform fee and the agency tooling, not on what you can build.
