Requirements depend on the feature and Meta’s current rules.
- Use an Instagram professional account where the requested feature requires one.
- Make sure you have the necessary role on the connected Page or business.
- Complete Meta’s authorization with the same identity that has access.
- Keep the account in good standing and review any restrictions in Meta tools.
If no account appears
Confirm account type and roles, reconnect through Meta and review the accounts selected during authorization. VKIT cannot override eligibility or access decisions made by Meta.
